Thanks to a precedent that's been set by a Chuck Berry concert, gig-goers in Finland can now get their money back if there's a "generally agreed view that the concert was a failure." Berry performed in Helsinki back in 2013, despite suffering from a flu-ish condition. As CoS reports, the singer even apologised to the crowd for his flu-ridden performance.
